Hooray! You've passed the North Carolina Real Estate Exam and received your license!

Each North Carolina Post-licensing course is 30 hours long. In order to remain active and to remove you Provisional Status, each licensee is required to take 301, 302, and 303 – in no particular order – within 18 months of initial licensure. Find out more about these classes below! Please note, you must be ISSUED a license to enroll in a POST course, not just pass the licensing exam. Classes are offered in person and via Zoom.
